Joe and John Payne both received financial aid as Duke undergrads, and Joe attended Fuqua on scholarship as well. When the brothers bring their families to campus to cheer on the Blue Devils, they’re mindful of what Duke did for them years ago.

Len Simon L’73 and Candace Carroll L’74 believe that “Duke is at its strongest, whether it’s the undergraduate school or the Law School, when it can accept the very best class possible…and can provide financial support for those who couldn’t otherwise come.”
